MEDICAL AID

• This promotion is offered as a Cash Offer.
• Medical Aid benefits may not be used in conjunction with this promotional package unless approved by the participating practice.

PRESCRIPTIONS FROM OTHER OPTOMETRISTS

• External prescriptions are accepted subject to clinical verification by a Vsion Co Optometrist.
• Should an eye examination or prescription re-check be required, the applicable consultation fee will apply.

PROMOTION PERIOD
